Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at manny@mannystcg.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders will ship on or after their official release date.

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all pre-order items are available.

If an order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the shipment will be delayed until all items are ready to ship.
